Here’s what’s up!
Today, veterans, active military members, RCMP and their families are invited to Veteran Coffee from ten until noon at the Royal Canadian Legion in Smiths Falls on Main Street East. Legion membership isn’t required, and it’s a relaxed chance to connect and share a coffee.
Also tonight in Perth, A Night of Connection with internationally known psychic medium Marc Jade runs from seven until quarter to ten at Nevis Estate. The evening features evidential messages from loved ones in spirit, with tickets priced at one hundred dollars.
Music lovers have a couple of great options starting tonight as well. The seventh annual Ambre McLean Christmas Concert returns to the Smiths Falls Station Theatre tonight and tomorrow night, both starting at seven. Nathan Smith joins Ambre tonight, with The Family Name on stage tomorrow. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
Tomorrow night, the Lanark County Junior Farmers Alumni Dance gets underway at seven at the Lombardy Agricultural Hall. The fundraiser supports local food banks and features live music, a silent auction, door prizes, and more.
Around the junior rinks:
The Smiths Falls Bears game in Brockville has been postponed tonight. The Bears play in Navan tomorrow and host Hawkesbury Sunday.
In the EOJHL, Perth hosts Smiths Falls tonight and make the trip to Athens Sunday afternoon.
Carleton Place hosts Winchester Saturday night.
The Jr. Bears host Richmond tonight, visit Perth tomorrow and then are on the road against the Royals Sunday.
