Smiths Falls Police Service say officers were called to a local hotel on December 21, 2025, after receiving a report of a domestic dispute in progress.
Police say officers arrived and arrested one individual at the scene. A 25-year-old man from Brockville is charged with assault-spousal, uttering threats, resisting a peace officer, and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
