A routine traffic stop in Smiths Falls has resulted in an arrest and vehicle seizure.
Smiths Falls Police Service say an officer conducting proactive patrols initiated a traffic stop on December 21, 2025.
During the investigation, the driver was found to be prohibited from operating a motor vehicle.
Police say the driver was arrested without incident, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
As a result, 37-year-old Kaleb Moore is charged with failing to comply with an undertaking and operating a vehicle while prohibited.
The accused was later released from custody with conditions and a scheduled court date.
