Residents in Perth now have clear and simple ways to report local problems and maintenance concerns.
Town officials say using the right contact helps crews respond faster and keep the community running smoothly. During business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, non-urgent issues can be reported by emailing contactus@perth.ca
, calling 613-267-3311 ext. 0, or submitting a form through the town’s online reporting system.
These channels are meant for problems such as potholes, broken streetlights, graffiti, downed trees, or issues at Town-owned facilities.
For emergencies after hours, residents are asked to call 613-267-1072.
Emergencies include large potholes or road damage that create a safety risk, flooding or watermain breaks, sewer backups, and dangerous conditions affecting roads or sidewalks.
Town officials say using the proper contact methods helps staff respond quickly and safely, keeping Perth streets, services and public spaces in good working order for everyone.
