Lanark Highlands Fire hosts an 18-plus Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Night fundraiser Friday, Jan. 30, from 8 to 9:30 p.m. at 2144 Pine Grove Road. The event features professional stand-up comics, a cash bar, and proceeds supporting local fire services.
Live stand-up comedy returns to The Tap Room in Smiths Falls tomorrow, Jan. 30, from 8 to 10 p.m. Professional touring comics and club regulars take the stage. Tickets are $12 for an evening of laughs at 275 Brockville Street.
The annual Frosty Fling returns to Lanark Highlands from Friday, Jan. 30 to Sunday, Feb. 1, celebrating more than a century of winter fun.
The weekend features movie night, live music, scavenger hunts, skating with Frosty, crafts, games and a community spaghetti dinner, with activities spread across local venues.
