Officials say the agency’s new public website is on track to go live March 31, marking a major milestone in the transition.
Rebranded reception signage has already been installed at facilities in Kingston and Belleville.
Staff are also working to harmonize medical directives and update clinical service policies across the region.
A major component of the merger is the rollout of a new electronic medical records system.
Officials say the system will improve data reporting, provide secure storage for personal health information, and streamline referrals and appointment bookings.
Board members were told the work is essential to creating a unified public health agency.
The Board of Health’s next scheduled meeting is April 22, 2026.
