PEP Seniors Therapeutic Centre in Perth is offering a six-week Strength in Motion and Balance exercise program. Sessions run Tuesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. from March 24 to April 28 in the Day Program Room at 12 Elliot Street. The program focuses on improving balance and strength.
Around the junior rinks:
CCHL Playoffs continue with the Smiths Falls Bears in the second round after sweeping Brockville. Carleton Place lost to Rockland over the weekend. The Smiths Falls Jr. Bears are in the Barkley Cup Final, where they’ll face the Casselman Vikings for the championship. Game 1 is Thursday.
