PEP Seniors Therapeutic Centre in Perth is offering a six-week Strength in Motion and Balance exercise program. Sessions run Tuesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. from March 24 to April 28 in the Day Program Room at 12 Elliot Street. The program focuses on improving balance and strength.

Game 3 of the Barkley Cup is tonight between Smiths Falls and Casselman goes, while Thursday has the Jr. Bears hosting the Vikings in Game 4. The series is tied at one.
