Smiths Falls Community Theatre presents Bingo Ladies The Musical tonight and tomorrow 11 at 7:30 p.m. at 53 Victoria Avenue. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students and children. Organizers say the show delivers laughs, music and a fun night out for local audiences.
Scottish Country Dancers meet every Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at McMartin House, 125 Gore Street East in Perth. Led by experienced instructor Simone, the group welcomes new dancers of all levels. Dancing is done in soft shoes to lively jigs, reels, and traditional music.
A community dinner will be held Saturday, April 11 at St. James Anglican Church in Perth. The sit-down meal runs from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., or until food runs out. Sponsored by St. James Church, the menu includes shepherd’s pie, salad, a dinner roll and lemon poppyseed cake. A goodwill offering is appreciated.
St. Mary’s Anglican Church will host a pancake breakfast on Saturday, April 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Newboro Community Hall. The event features a free will donation and a silent auction, offering residents a chance to enjoy breakfast while supporting the community.

The Smiths Falls Bears host Ottawa tonight in Game 5 of the CCHL Semifinals. They lost 2-1 following a penalty shot in overtime last night. They lead the series 3-1.
Game 5 of the Barkley Cup between Smiths Falls and Casselman is tomorrow. The series returns to Smiths Falls Sunday night for Game 6, if necessary.
