A “Step Into Spring – Fashions with Flair” show takes place tonight at Hanley Hall in Smiths Falls. Doors open at 6 p.m. with showtime at 6:30. Tickets are $25. Proceeds support the Smiths Falls Community Food Bank and Lanark County Interval House.
Scottish Country Dancers meet every Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at McMartin House, 125 Gore Street East in Perth. Led by experienced instructor Simone, the group welcomes new dancers of all levels. Dancing is done in soft shoes to lively jigs, reels, and traditional music.

The Smiths Falls Bears take on the Rockland Nationals in Game 1 of the Bogart Cup tomorrow night.
The series heads to Smiths Falls Saturday for Game 2, before a Monday return to Rockland in Game 3.
