Catholic school teachers will be hitting the picket lines.
They are the latest teacher’s union to be taking part in one-day strikes on Tuesday.
Unlike the public school teachers where selected boards are being targeted, teachers at all Catholic school boards in Ontario including the Bruce Grey Catholic District School Board and the Huron Perth Catholic Board will walk off the job.
Schools in the two boards will be closed, however evening Community Use of Schools programs and events in Bruce Grey schools will run as scheduled.
All daycare centres located inside Bruce Grey schools will be open.
Teachers are in a battle in contract talks with the Province over what they say are cuts to funding and an increase to classroom sizes.
