Scottish Country Dancers meet every Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at McMartin House, 125 Gore Street East in Perth. Led by experienced instructor Simone, the group welcomes new dancers of all levels. Dancing is done in soft shoes to lively jigs, reels, and traditional music.
The Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario will host its Clear out the Attic Sale tomorrow, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will feature railway memorabilia, books, antiques, collectibles, tools and model train items. Vendor space is available. Donations of railway artifacts are also accepted welcome
Smiths Falls Civitan will host a craft and bake sale tomorrow, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors are invited, with tables available for $25. Shoppers can browse handmade goods and baked items while supporting local initiatives. Organizers say additional vendors are still needed for the community event.
Lanark County Interval House hosts a Red Dress Day event tomorrow, 2 p.m., at the Bandshell, 77 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls. The gathering honours Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls with ceremony and awareness activities. Community members are invited to attend and participate respectfully.
