A new program is being offered at the Huron-Bruce site of Fanshawe College.
Program Manager Heather MacKenzie Card breaks out the cutlery to chop up their new culinary program.
It’ll be run out of the Oakwood Inn and Resort in Grand Bend.
MacKenzie Card says partnerships like these are integral for the success of these hands on programs and the students themselves.
She notes there’s also going to be international students enrolled in the program with the hopes some families come into Huron or Bruce county and make it their home.
