Starting today and running through Saturday, Trinity United Church’s mushroom compost sale is back at the REAL DEAL Store parking lot on William Street West in Smiths Falls.
Bags are 10 dollars each while supplies last, with proceeds supporting the life and work of the church. The sale runs daily from 10 until 5.
Tonight, the Smiths Falls Community Band is offering a free evening of music at the Smiths Falls Legion on Main Street East.
The concert runs from 7 until 8:30, and donations are welcome in support of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation’s MRI campaign.
Tomorrow, the Lanark Leeds and Grenville Spay Neuter Clinic hosts a Spring Rabies Clinic at 4099 County Road 29 in Brockville.
Vaccinations are 30 dollars, cash only, and pet owners are asked to stay in their vehicles.
And during Police Week, Smiths Falls Police are hosting two Coffee with a Cop events.
Officers will be at McDonald’s tomorrow from 9 until 11 a.m., and at Starbucks Thursday from 1 until 3 p.m.
