Rick and Marilyn Clarke are retired and moved to Kincardine in 2006.
They have been involved in a number of community initiatives.
The Clarkes have been instrumental in development of the Kincardine arts scene.
In 2010, they helped launch the Lighthouse Blues Festival.
Rick Clarke says Kincardine has always had a vibrant arts scene and wanted to showcase it to the area.
Clarke says they look for blues acts all over Ontario that they can bring up to Kincardine for the festival.
He says he and his wife listen to all kinds of music and wanted to be avid supporters of live entertainment in Kincardine.
