Kincardine’s municipal Clerk is about to head off into the sunset.
Donna MacDougall is retiring after working in municipal government since 1989.
MacDougall was hired as the Clerk for the Municipality in November of 2002.
She says one of the things she like about her job is being a liaison between the public, staff, and Council.
MacDougall says there is a lot of pressure working in the public sector but one of the things she will miss is being able to meet those challenges and help develop solutions that benefit the municipality as a whole.
Her last day as Clerk is Friday.
