Charges have been laid against the Director for a Youth Ministry following incidents involving a teenager earlier this year.
A 29-year-old Wingham resident was picked up by the East Algoma OPP Detachment on Thursday.
Simon Chiarello is facing seven counts of Sexual Assault and Sexual Exploitation.
Huron County OPP say the 29 year old accused works for both as a Youth Director for a church in Wingham and at a faith based program.
He is being held in custody and will appear in court at a later date.
Police are asking anyone who may have information regarding this or any other incident to contact them.
