Students in Huron Perth are returning to school today.
Last week, Education Minister Stephen Lecce announced more regions will be allowed to return to in-class learning.
Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson is thankful of all those who have ensured that the learning hasn’t stopped.
Thompson says the return is due to people following guidelines, and vouches that young people are very adaptable and will be able to follow protocols better than most think.
She also recognizes her riding is still in a stay at home order, but that there is a downward trend in cases.
