A Community Safety and Well Being Indicator Report has been released by the Bruce and Grey Municipalities.
It’s the first report as part of the joint Community Safety and Well Being plan.
The information was brought together from over 72 community partners to provide insight on how communities are performing in 10 different areas.
Residents who responded to the survey expressed concern regarding an increase in crime but had confidence in the police.
5 priority areas will be focused on…. Mental Health, Crime Prevention, Addition, Housing and Poverty.
The goal is to provide a community where everyone has a sense of belonging and has opportunities to participate.
