A Southampton man is without his wheels for a while.
Grey Bruce OPP stopped a vehicle that was travelling at a high rate of speed on Highway 10 south of Markdale on August 16th just before 8 PM.
The officer recognized that the driver was showing signs of alcohol consumption and he immediately administered a roadside breath test.
The driver was arrested after it registered a fail and was taken to the detachment.
The 34-year-old is not only facing impaired driving charges but also stunt driving charges meaning his vehicle is impounded for seven days and his license suspended for 90 days.
He will appear in an Owen Sound court next Thursday.
