The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is warning residents of a scam that has been circulating recently.
There have been reports of people receiving suspicious phone calls claiming to be the health unit.
The health unit says they will always fully identify themselves if they call you and if you’re unsure, call their main number to confirm.
