The merger is all but complete for the Huron-Perth Crime Stoppers.
It’s been in the works for almost a year now, but the end is in sight says its Chair Wayne Somers.
The reason for the merger in the first place came down to simple dollars and cents.
They’re at a point now where they’re filing the final paperwork and for it to be solidified by the government.
The hope is that it becomes official before 2020.
But at this point Somers mentioned they are operating as one entity.
