New local data from the Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit will be provided in their first of three hospitalization reports of the week today.
On Friday there were four people in local hospitals with the virus, and two in the ICU, both ventilated. The number of local COVID-19 deaths is 83.
The province reported 684 patients in hospital with COVID-19 yesterday. 247 of them are in intensive care.
That was down from 795 people in hospital, including 253 in I-C-U, on Saturday.
The province notes that not all hospitals report data on weekends.
Locally, there were six total outbreaks in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville with five of those in congregate care facilities.
