Annual list of Ontario’s $100k earners released, several local public servants made the list

Ontario published its sunshine list on Friday, a report on public sector employees earning over $100K.

Here are some of the local numbers.

Carleton Place’s CAO Diane Smithson took home almost $193K topping the list of municipal administrative chiefs.

Lanark County’s top boss Kurt Greaves earned $191K, Mississippi Mills CAO Ken Kelly got $171K, Malcom Morris of Smiths Falls hit the $151K mark, and Michael Touw of Perth earned $136K.

Carleton Place lists 14 employees earning over $100K, Smiths Falls had 13 (not including police services), while Perth and Mississippi Mills only showed 4 each.

Lanark County has 18 staff on the list.
