Perth council took another shot at resolving issues between property owners and users of the Perthmore subdivision pathway this week.
After several meetings, much discussion, and a recent tied vote on the matter, Deputy Mayor Ed McPherson put forward a motion to install signs indicating the pathway was not maintained and people would be using it at their own risk.
As well markers would be put in place to differentiate town property from private holdings.
The town would install barriers for any abutting property owner requesting one to reduce trespassing.
This would be for a one-year trial period.
In a recorded vote, with councillor Judy Brown declaring a conflict, the motion passed.
