Maple Syrup producers welcome the public for Maple Weekend

This is Maple Weekend across Ontario celebrating Maple Syrup producers as they provide the very first agricultural crop of the year.

John Williams, Executive Director of the Maple Syrup Producers of Ontario says it provides a great opportunity for fans of the prime Ontario product to get some firsthand experience.

Williams, adds all agree there’s nothing like the homegrown, local product.

And he says after a lengthy pandemic-induced absence, the sugar house operators are ready to welcome the public back.
