The Green Party of Ontario says Fiona Jager has been nominated as its candidate for Leeds–Grenville–Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes in the June provincial election.
Jager is a registered nurse, a registered psychotherapist, a small business owner, a professor of nursing and a mom.
A release says she is dedicated to building livable, vibrant, and affordable communities that will make Ontario a better place for generations to come.
This includes protecting greenspaces and waterways, tackling the climate crisis, and creating good, green jobs.
She is currently a Gananoque resident.
