The first report of the week from the Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit shows the number of COVID-19-related hospitalizations is now 17.
That’s up from 11 in last Friday’s report, which was the last one of the week. There are five in the ICU but now none are on ventilators.
The number of fatalities since the pandemic began in March 2020 remains unchanged at 98.
The number of high-risk cases added over the weekend is 158.
As for outbreaks there are six total, an increase of one. Five are in congregate care Facilities, while one is listed simply as “other.”
