The fence on the property of the new development will be raised by two feet
Tysick Avenue residents in Perth’s south end say they have a resolution to their ongoing problems with the developers of Lanark Lifestyle Phase II, in what could be a precedent-setting situation for the town.
The situation between Tysick Avenue residents and Lanark Lifestyles Phase II has been on several Perth council and committee agendas lately as the residents claim the privacy measures and buffer zone had not been installed as per the site-plan agreements and were ineffective.
According to Tysick Avenue resident Kim Dodge, they met with the builders of the new seniors’ residence last week and agreed to a 2 foot extension of the newly built fence between their properties.
The most recent staff report to council on this issue indicated that the site plan agreements may have been violated.
