Another COVID-19 related fatality has been recorded in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. That brings the total to 105 since the pandemic began in March of 2020.
In its final report of the week, the Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit report the number of hospitalizations is down by one to six, while the number in ICUs remains three. None are on ventilators.
The overall downward trend of new high risk cases continues as 47 were recorded vs. 55 on Wednesday.
There are five outbreaks. All are in congregate care facilities.
