We now know the name of the victim in last week’s fatal house fire in Mississippi Mills.
52-year-old Leigh Ladouceur has been identified as the victim in the Mary St. fire in Almonte. Her two dogs died in the fire as well.
Emergency services responded to the call of a home at about 9:15 Thursday night. The home was already fully-engulfed by flames and severely damaged.
The investigation by local police, the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office and the Coroner continues.
