The Township of Drummond North Elmsley has released a statement outlining supports for residents affected or displaced by the weekend wind-storm.
For the duration of the power outage, residents can take showers, get water, charge cell phones, dispose of brush and spoiled food at the following locations:
Code Road Waste Site – 745 Code Road
The landfill will be open everyday 10:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Residents may dispose of all the brush and their spoiled food for free.
Residents will also be allowed to put out one additional bag of garbage the week of May 23, 2022.

Charging station (small devices and phones- please bring chargers with you) and a water bottle fill station.
Please bring all your shower supplies including towels.
Services available in the Town of Perth
Town of Perth is providing shower facilities and drinking water to neighbouring communities that are still without power.
Showers are available at the Perth & District Indoor Pool, located at 3 Sunset
Blvd., free of charge at the following times:
Tuesday, May 24 – 7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 25 – 7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 26 – 7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Friday, May 27 – 7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Shower facilities are also available at Last Duel Park (22 Craig Street) from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
A water refill station is available 24 hours at the Water Treatment Plant,
located at 15 Sunset Blvd. The hose can be found to the right of the entrance
door
