Environment Canada says a severe thunderstorm watch in effect for the Lake 88 listening area.
The weather agency says conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
It is just a possibility, though we are urged to be prepared to get to cover quickly if a storm does develop.
The watch is in effect through this afternoon (Wednesday).
