Carleton Place residents can help shape their town’s future tomorrow.
The town will be holding its second Public Information Centre for the Carleton Place Community Improvement Plan project – dealing with some serious issues.
The goal is to identify priorities and design financial incentives to create more affordable housing, revitalize the downtown, and encourage the redevelopment of underutilized but potentially contaminated properties commonly referred to as ‘brownfields.’
The feedback received will help the Town refine the plan, which will be presented to Council at a later date.
It’s all being done on Zoom. To take part contact Director of Development Services Nike Dwyer at ndwyer@carletonplace.ca or phone at 613-257-6202.
