Slight bump to local COVID-19 hospitalization numbers, outbreaks

The number of local COVID-19 hospitalizations has increased by two and now sits at four in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville.

In its mid-week report, the Health Unit shows no patients in ICU or being ventilated. The number of fatalities related to the virus is unchanged at 108.

There are now four outbreaks, all in congregate care facilities. That too is an increase of two since Monday.

As for high-risk cases 15 more have been added and the weekly total now sits at 88.
