A third business in Smiths Falls has received $10,000 to help them grow.
Pearl’s Gems gets the money as part of the My Main Street Local Accelerator program through the federal government.
The program is meant to help local businesses get revitalized as they work to better serve their customers.
All three that got the injection have helped build business in the town through market research and data analysis. That helps the overall business community expand, connect better with people, open new offerings or enhance existing ones.
Michele’s Doorway to Splendour and the Post Office Cocktail Bar are the other two that received the cash.
