Saugeen Shores Police have nabbed a driver who was not only impaired but was not allowed to be outside the home in the first place.
Police clocked a vehicle on Bruce Road 3 going 129 kilometres an hour in an 80 zone early Monday morning just after 5.
Once the vehicle was stopped, an investigation determined that the driver violated a court-imposed curfew.
The officer at the scene also noticed the driver showed signs of impairment and placed him under arrest.
The driver was taken to the station where two breath tests were conducted and both registered over the legal blood alcohol limit.
A 24-year-old man from Southampton is facing charges and was held for a bail hearing.
