Tay Valley resident faces list of charges, including uttering threats and spousal assault

Lanark County OPP have charged a Tay Valley resident after a domestic investigation revealed threats against the suspect’s spouse.

On July 28^th the 58-year-old was charged with spousal assault, domestic mischief and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm as the result of a domestic investigation.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on September 12, 2022.

The charges have not been proven in court.
