What to make a difference in your community? Recruitment Underway for board members who can do just that

Want to make a difference in your community?

Community Living Association Lanark and Carebridge Community Support are working together to find ways to improve services to create a new and stronger voice for the people they serve in our communities.

The groups say they are now looking for community volunteers to join the newly created joint Alliance Board.

Members are responsible for key areas such as strategic planning, quality, CEO oversight and financial stewardship.

Board Chair Jean Knowles says they’re looking for all walks of life, adding that they want to ensure that the Board is representative of all of the communities they serve.
