A vehicle fire on Highway 7 in Drummond/North Elmsley has resulted in charges against an 18-year-old from Corbyville.
Lanark OPP responded to the call last night at about 11. Once there, they found the abandoned vehicle fully engulfed.
The Emergency Response Team was called in with a dog to search the area and found the teen. The investigation found he was the driver of the burned-out vehicle.
He’s been identified as Payton Marsh and is facing impaired, dangerous operation, and failing to remain charges.
He makes a court appearance next month.
