A Drummond/North Elmsley man is facing impaired charges after a Tuesday night incident.
Lanark County OPP say they received the complaint about a loud golf cart speeding on Cockburn Street in Perth at roughly 9:30pm on August 16.
OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program in the area of Conlon Farm and located the vehicle shortly thereafter.
One of the two occupants fled on foot and is still unidentified. The second occupant was arrested at the scene.
52-year-old Shawn Fraser of Drummond-North Elmsley is facing a pair of impaired driving charges and will see a Perth court date late next month.
