Weigh in: Smiths Falls virtual open house gathering public input on Community Improvement Plan

Smiths Falls residents can add valuable input to the Community Improvement Plan project tomorrow, when the town hosts a virtual open house.

The plan will identify priorities and design financial incentives for three separate objectives.

They are:

1. Create more attainable housing,
2. Revitalize the downtown and waterfront, and
3. Encourage the redevelopment and rehabilitation of underutilized but potentially contaminated properties.
