Cash, drugs, and a rifle seized: OPP make bust in Perth

Cocaine, cash and a gun were seized in a raid at a home in Perth on Wednesday.

The OPP’s East Region Community Street Crime Unit and officers from the Lanark County Detachment executed he warrant, which was the result of a nearly month-long investigation.

They found and collected a 22 calibre rifle, over $1300 in cash and more than 40 grams of what they suspect is cocaine.

As a result, 27-year-old Jarrid FARR from Perth has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of the proceeds of crime under $5,000.

He was held in custody for a court appearance.
