Shoulder season underway: Reduced hours now in effect along Rideau Canal Corridor

Boaters take note: Lockstations along the Rideau Canal are now in shoulder season hours.

The Labour Day long weekend marked the end of the regular hours, signaling  the final stretch of the boating season in LLG.

That means they will be open daily from Monday to Friday between 10 and 4, then on weekends from 9 until 5.

The canal shuts down completely for the season on October 10th at 5pm.
