We talked with Claire Bilik, a Registered Dietitian who says two keys are balance and variety.
And the seasoned veteran says making sure the right food is packed isn’t always easy.
Bilik says a balanced lunch can come in many forms and choosing foods from Canada’s Food Guide is a good start.
