Queen Elizabeth II is being remembered in communities across our listening area. Flags are flying at half staff and are expected to remain lowered until after he state funeral in London on Monday the 19th.
In Perth, a book of condolences is available for residents to sign in the lobby of Town Hall. You can sign it weekdays from 8:30am until 4:00pm until Friday.
People are invited to sign a similar book at the Carleton Place and Beckwith Heritage Museum. It will be there for the signing until the 17th. There is also a memorabilia tribute display at the site.
There is a book available to be signed in Smiths Falls too. It is at the Town Hall and is open to be signed until sunset on the day of the funeral. You can sign it during regular business hours.
