It was another busy week for Lanark County OPP as the summer winds down. They answered 461 calls for the week.
One of them was a domestic situation that resulted in serious charges to a man from Gananoque.
Police responded to the call in Perth. The investigation that ensued resulted in a charge of spousal assault being laid against the 37 year-old. The suspect has a court date set for mid-October to answer to the charge.
The Lanark County OPP also investigated 13 non-criminal domestic disputes over the course of the week.
