Perth honoured its veterans this weekend in a big way.
An impressive 307 veterans are being remembered and honoured through the banners now hanging through the town along the so-called Pathway of Heroes.
Its a route that has gotten bigger year-after-year as more families sign up for a chance to include a loved one on the route.
On Saturday hundreds of motorcycles took to the town as part of a parade honouring them. Organizer Sue Doran said more than 200 bikes took part.
The weekend was kicked off Friday with a special performance by the Perth Citizen’s band and the placement of Luminaries at the foot of each banner by family members.
