Yesterday was World Mental Health Day, but local efforts to help those struggling in our communities continues every day.
Here’s one example: the Table Community Food Centre is partnering with ASIST to provide a 2 day suicide prevention training workshop in Perth.
It’s not the first time they’ve offered the potentially life-saving course.
The workshop will be at 190 Gore St. E. on January 14-15, 2023. There are just 15 spaces available for community members at $185, which is a deep discount.
