The weekly COVID-19 numbers are out and they show that there are still a high number of lab-confirmed high risk cases in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville.
There were 191 new high risk cases in the last week, which is high, but down from 226 last week at this time.
Two more virus-related deaths were reported bringing the total to 132.
Hospitalization numbers decreased, dropping from 15 to 11. There are still five in ICUs, the same as last week. None are on ventilators though.
The number of outbreaks is up sharply from eight to 15. A dozen of those are in congregate care accounting for 180 cases, two are in communal living, and one is listed in the other category.
